Area IV Agency on AgingArea IV Agency on Aging and Community Action Programs is a not-for-profit organization committed to providing a better quality of life for older adults, disabled and disadvantaged citizens of all ages in Benton, Carroll, Clinton, Fountain, Montgomery, Tippecanoe, Warren, and White counties. The Agency offers programs such as in-home services, energy assistance, weatherization, money management, Head Start pre-school and housing programs for income-eligible individuals. CDC ResourcesCDC Resources is a compassionate service provider and community advocate focused on rural northwest central Indiana. The agency, founded by parents in 1953, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation governed by a volunteer Board of Directors from the area. CDC Resources provides a wide range of services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. This includes employment services, housing options, community living supports and life skills training. CDC Resources maintains a satellite office at Brooks Center to serve county residents and as a base for employment services. Sarah Sailors, Director Family Health ClinicFamily Health Clinic of Carroll County is staffed by nurse practitioners and nurses, the Family Health Clinic provides health services and treatment options for the entire community at a reasonable cost.
