When a vaccine becomes available to the Health Department, they and Carroll County Emergency Management will need volunteers to help with paper work, data entry, and administering the vaccine to the populations targeted by the CDC. Volunteers should fill out this form and email or send it to Dave McDowell, Director, Carroll County EMA, 101 W. Main St., Room 1-B, Delphi, IN 46923. HIV Antibody and Hepatitis-C Testing: Provides free testing for the antibody of the Human Immune-deficiency Virus (HIV). Medical services also include blood testing for cholesterol and diabetes. Veterans Services: Outpatiend group therapy and tageted assistance for veterans suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. Psychological assessments and readjustment counseling. Both services offered twice monthly. Assistance for veterans filling out applications for VA benefits by a Veterans Benefits Administration counselor.
